Yann Migault is a French Pastry Chef with 25 years of experience in the field and now he’s working as a consultant Pastry Chef.
He worked as an instructor at the Chocolate Academy (Chicago), the French Pastry School (Chicago), and the Culinary Institute Lenôtre (Houston). He was also an Executive Pastry Chef at the Ritz-Carlton (Santa Barbara).
He owned two businesses in France for years before he decided to move to the US.
Since mid 2020, he has started his consultancy business to share his passion and pastry knowledge. He will gladly work with you to help you to successfully start a bakery, pastry shop and/or a chocolate bonbons business.
